What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay.
Return and refund policy
Defects or Transit Damage
- Every item is inspected before dispatch. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and e-mail support@nmss.gg within 48 hours.
Wrong Item Shipped
- In the unlikely event we send the wrong product or size, contact support at support@nmss.gg within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the packing slip for resolution.
Non-Returnable Goods
- All items sold are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations or Order Changes
Order Finalisation
- Orders enter our automated fulfilment queue the moment you click “Place Order.” Because production and packing start right away, we cannot accept cancellations, quantity adjustments, size/colour changes, or address edits.
When We May Cancel an Order
We reserve the right to cancel (or refuse) any order after it is placed if one or more of the following occurs:
- Out of stock: The item sold out before your order could be allocated.
- Payment issues: Billing details cannot be verified or the payment provider declines authorisation.
- Shipping restrictions: We discover legal, carrier, or embargo limitations that prevent delivery to your address.
- Pricing / product errors: An obvious mistake appears in the listed price, discount, or product description.
- Security flags: The order is identified by our fraud-prevention system as suspicious or high-risk.
- Suspension of supply: Fulfilment must halt because of technical failures, operational disruptions, or legal / regulatory requirements affecting Nemesis Esports.
What happens if we cancel:
- You’ll receive an e-mail notification explaining the reason.
- Any payment already captured will be voided or refunded in full to the original method.
- We are not liable for any exchange-rate differences, bank fees, or indirect losses resulting from the cancellation.

- Please review your cart, shipping address, and payment details carefully; the confirmation screen is your last chance to make changes.
Spot a Mistake?
- If you notice an error, e-mail support@nmss.gg within 30 minutes of purchase. We’ll try to intercept the order, but interception is not guaranteed and a successful change is purely at our discretion.

- We deliver to every country shown at checkout.

Shipping Cost & Lead-Times
- Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, box size, destination, and service level.
- Remote-area, oversized, or hazardous-goods surcharges (if any) are shown before you pay.
- Delivery times are determined by DHL and may vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Order Processing & Handoff
- Most orders leave our warehouse within 7 days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
- Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier scans the parcel; please choose a signed-for service if you need extra security.
Address Accuracy & Missed Delivery
- Please double-check your address; re-shipping fees apply if a package is returned to us as undeliverable.
- If you miss a delivery, follow the courier instructions (card/SMS/e-mail) to reschedule or collect within the holding period.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Additional charges may still apply. Local customs can reassess a shipment and levy extra fees. Any balance due is the customer’s responsibility—even if you paid an estimate at checkout.
- Destinations we can’t pre-calculate. Where real-time duty data is unavailable, you must pay all import charges to the courier or customs authority before delivery.
- We are not liable for delays, storage fees, or additional duties imposed by customs in any jurisdiction.
- Shipments refused or returned because duties were unpaid will be subject to return-shipping and re-dispatch fees.
